Introduction
Faith is the foundation of a Christian’s life. At HAM-CPA, we declare our faith in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, acknowledging Him as the Son of the living God. Faith is not merely intellectual assent but a lived reality, expressed through worship, prayer, obedience, and service.
As believers, we commit ourselves to:
- Pursue holiness and resist corruption by worldly influences.
- Positively impact lives through our words, actions, and prayers.
- Transform the Church and society through intercession and the power of God.
John 4:23
But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for such the Father seeks to be His worshipers.
Intercession is a central part of our ministry. We pray for others because God commands it and it bears fruit for the Kingdom of God.
James 5:16
Confess your faults to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man accomplishes much.
Acts 20:35
I have shown you in every way, by labouring like this, that you must help the weak and remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that He Himself said, “It is more blessed to give than to receive.”
Faith
We are Christians whose faith is rooted in Jesus Christ.
- We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God.
- We believe God raised Him from the dead and gave Him the name above all names.
Philippians 2:9
Therefore God has highly exalted Him and bestowed on Him the name that is above every name.
- Our faith is founded on God’s presence in worship and praise, seeking true worshipers who worship in spirit and truth.
John 4:23
…the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for such the Father seeks to be His worshipers.
- As believers, we aim to:
- Influence lives positively through example
- Transform communities through prayer and intercession
- Stand firm against worldly corruption
Aims of HAM-CPA
Our ministry is guided by God’s mission and includes:
- Bringing the heart of the Father to the children, and helping the children come closer to God through prayer.
- Leading people to accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, securing salvation.
Romans 10:9
If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
- Preaching the Gospel worldwide, with emphasis in Cardiff, including:
- Repentance from sin
- Faith toward God
- Instruction on cleansing rites and baptisms
- Laying on of hands
- Resurrection and eternal judgment

Therefore, leaving the elementary teaching about Christ, let us press on to maturity, not laying again a foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith toward God, of instruction about baptisms, laying on of hands, resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgment.
- Leading people to repentance and receiving the Holy Spirit.
- Proclaiming good news to the poor, healing the broken-hearted, freeing captives, restoring sight, setting free the oppressed, and declaring the favour of the Lord.
Luke 4:18
The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to proclaim release to the captives, recovery of sight to the blind, to set free those who are oppressed, to proclaim the favourable year of the Lord.
